After successfully gaining the Radisson Blu contract in 2006, we spent 3 months consultation period with the staff who we finally Tuped across.

For the first 12 months we worked constantly with the staff and reorganised the structure of the kitchens to suit the ever demanding shift changes to cover functions. As time progressed we were challenged with not only the cleaning, but to provide updated schedules, standing operation procedures, regular stock checks on all equipment in the kitchen at monthly intervals, updated training, and can pride ourselves in always reaching no less than 98% on outside audit checks.

In the last 5 years the scale of our operation expanded when we were awarded the Public Area cleaning Contract. All our staff are multi-functional skill trained not only in the kitchens but in Public Areas as well which allows them to work in either location. To increase their skills, we have taught them all how to strip and seal floors, carpet clean, and let them attend as many courses as possible to increase their knowledge of the cleaning industry.

Window Cleaning, Abseiling, Reach & Wash as well as external Deep Cleans by our specialist team are but a few of the tasks we carry out. We provide onsite management, supervisors and team leaders so that the site is properly managed 24/7. Weekly visits by the Area Operations Manager and regular meetings with the staff and clients help us resolve any problems immediately.
